MK-EC50/60/70 (Peak/Intermittent temperature)
Key Advantages
Engineered with platinum catalysis and molecular chain reinforcement, this series achieves ultra-low 8-15% compression set under 200℃×70h with ≥90% high-temp resilience. The optimal solution for short-term thermal shock sealing.
Short-Term Compression Resistance
- Compression set: 8-15% @200℃×70h (ASTM D395)
- Resilience: ≥90% @250℃ (ISO 4662)
Thermal Stability
- Tensile retention: >85% @250℃×500h
- Hardness Δ: ≤±3 Shore A (ISO 7619)
Applications
Turbocharger seals / Server CPU socket springs / Industrial sensor gaskets
MK-LC50/60/70; MK-LC50/60/70-1 (Continuous service temperature)
Features and BenefiKey Advantages
Featuring aramid fiber reinforcement and optimized crosslink density, this series maintains 8%~30% compression set at 250℃×1000h, with -1 grade surviving 1500h continuous compression.

Notes:
- Linear shrinkage depends on curing conditions, such as: type of curing agent, curing temperature, and dimensions of the molded article.
- Test specimens obtained from 2 mm thick plaques cured with 1.5 phr ( 2,5-di(tert-butylperoxy)-2, 5-dimethylhexane, 50% masterbatch): Molded at 180°C (352°F) for 5 minutes, post-cured at 200°C (392°F) for 4 hours.
